One Hand Drill
Quarterback cocks his shoulder so no further cocking is necessary before throwing. Throw at the receiver´s hand. The receiver will turn 90 degrees to the quarterback and hold out one hand. Receiver will catch the ball with one hand concentrating on the ball.
