Throw Through the Tire Drill
The tire drill is used to improve throwing accuracy. The tire is attached to a rope handing from the crossbar of a goal post. Have your quarterback stand from a variety of angles and distances and throw a little more difficult have one of your players swing the tire back and forth for the quarterback.
